fairchild壓力調(diào)節(jié)器-壓力調(diào)節(jié)器一般使用在流動的有壓力的液體和氣體，我們通常稱為：調(diào)壓閥；
1.液體——比如說自來水、液壓油等；
2.氣體——比如說壓縮空氣、壓縮煤氣等；
壓力調(diào)節(jié)器一般采用彈簧式，靠彈簧的預(yù)緊力來控制通過管道的壓力
假如你的彈簧壓縮量為x1，彈性系數(shù)為k1，那么需要再壓縮此彈簧的力為：F1=k1*x1（這個是固定的壓力，系統(tǒng)壓力大于這個壓力就會推動彈簧而泄壓，使壓力維持在這個固定壓力）；
假如液體通道截面積為s2，液體壓力為p2，那么作用在彈簧的力為：F2=p2*s2
當F2>F1時，即p2>k1*x1/s2 時，彈簧壓縮，系統(tǒng)泄壓，從而起到加壓的作用
fairchild壓力調(diào)節(jié)器節(jié)閥日常維護工作內(nèi)容分為巡回檢查和定期維護兩部分，巡回檢查工作內(nèi)容如下。
1、向當班工藝操作人員了解調(diào)節(jié)閥的運行情況。
2、查看調(diào)節(jié)閥和有關(guān)附件的供給能源(氣源、液壓油或電源)
3、檢查液壓油系統(tǒng)運行情況。
4、檢查調(diào)節(jié)閥的各靜、動密封點有無泄漏。
5、檢查調(diào)節(jié)閥連接管線和接頭有無松動或腐蝕。
6、檢查調(diào)節(jié)閥有無異常聲音和較大振動，檢查供給情況。
7、檢查調(diào)節(jié)閥的動作是否靈活，在控制信號變化時是否及時變化
8、偵聽閥芯、閥座有無異常振動或雜音。
9、發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時lian系處理。
10、做好巡回檢查的記錄，并歸檔。

The Fairchild Model 100 is a high flow precision pressure regulator designed for applications that require high performance, large volume flow and accurate process control. Like many of the Fairchild precision regulators, the compensating action of the inner valve assembly of the Model 100 allows complete stabilization of downstream pressure. The Fairchild Model 100 features control sensitivity of less than 1" water column to deliver consistent and reliable precision accuracy to maintain your desired set point regardless of supply pressure changes or conditions. The Model 100 pneumatic regulator is capable of providing precise control of set point and good sensitivity under high flow conditions, and is the ideal choice for many demanding applications, including main header regulator control, large nip roll loading, and clutch brake operation. The Fairchild Model 100 pressure regulator will handle a 250 psi, 17 BAR maximum supply pressure and offers five (5) output pressure ranges from 0-10 psi, 0-0.7 BAR, 0-70 kPa up to 2-150 psi, 0.14-10 BAR, 14-1000 kPa. The Model 100 has a flow capacity of 1500 SCFM, 2550 m3/hr.
No Bleed Precision Pressure Regulator (M1000)
The Rotork Fairchild Model 1000 is a no bleed precision pressure regulator designed for use in systems requiring both precision control and high forward flow and exhaust capacity. The sensitive valve system of this high quality unit makes it virtually immune to supply pressure variations. The Fairchild Model 1000 features control sensitivity of less than 0.5" water column, very low consumption and high flow capacity to deliver consistent and reliable precision accuracy to maintain your desired set point regardless of supply pressure changes or conditions. The combination of high flow capacity and good sensitivity make the Model 1000 pneumatic regulator a great choice for versatile control applications, including loading of control valve and calendar roll actuators, operation of clutch and braking devices, and winding operations. The Fairchild Model 1000 pressure regulator will handle a 250 psi, 17 BAR maximum supply pressure and offers four (4) output pressure ranges from 0.5-10 psi, 0.03-0.7 BAR, 3-70 kPa up to 2-150 psi, 0.14-10 BAR, 14-1000 kPa. The Model 1000 has a flow capacity of up to 50 SCFM, 85 m3/hr.
High Flow No Bleed Precision Pressure Regulator (M4000A)
The Fairchild Model 4000A is a no bleed high flow precision pressure regulator designed for applications that require high performance, very low consumption and accurate process control. The Model 4000A pneumatic regulator features control sensitivity of less than 0.5" water column, minimal consumption and high flow capacity to deliver consistent and reliable precision accuracy to maintain your desired set point regardless of supply pressure changes or conditions. The Fairchild Model 4000A pressure regulator will handle a 250 psi, 17 BAR maximum supply pressure and offers five (5) output pressure ranges from 0.5-10 psi, 0.03-0.7 BAR, 3-70 kPa up to 5-250 psi, 0.35-17 BAR, 35-1700 kPa. The Model 4000A has a flow capacity of up to 150 SCFM, 255 m3/hr.
