ELCO的新型BiSS-C編碼器專為高速交流伺服系統(tǒng)開發(fā)。
1.該產(chǎn)品基于高速BiSS-C協(xié)議，與其他產(chǎn)品相比效率更高。
開放的串行協(xié)議只需要很小的開發(fā)成本;波特率高達10MHz的雙向同步通信;可調(diào)PLEN，數(shù)據(jù)驗證和報警。有兩種通信模式可用;對于傳感器模式，傳感器的數(shù)據(jù)可以無地址快速讀取，大約需要18μs/次;對于寄存器模式，編碼器的參數(shù)可以輕松讀取和修改。
2.使高速伺服系統(tǒng)以高速度和高精度實現(xiàn)功能。

Introduction

ELCO’s new BiSS-C encoder is specific developed for high-speed AC servo system.
1.The product is based on high-speed BiSS-C protocol which is more efficient compared with others.
The open serial protocol needs only a small cost for development; The bisynchronous communication with baud up to 10MHz; adjustable PLEN, data verification and alarm. Two communication modes are available; For sensor mode, the data of the sensor can be read rapidly without address and it takes about 18µs/times; for register mode, parameters of encoder can be read and modified easily.
2.It makes the high-speed servo system to realize perfect function with the advantages of high speed and accuracy.
The special chip processing technology, the resolution of the encoder is up to 18bit, which contributes less torque ripple of servo drive system. Distinct mechanical structure design and max. rotating speed of 10000rev/min-1 ensure stable operation of the high-speed motorized spindle.
3.Compact size can save installation space.
Diameter of 50mm, thickness of 43.5mm and 360° cable outlet simplifies wiring can save space and wiring cost.
