單元描述
此安全繼電器不適用于非觸點輸出光柵，因為不可能進行動態(tài)啟動，此安全繼電器到達EN 60204-1和IEC60204-1的要求，并且可用于緊急停止按鈕和安全門

對PILZ安全電路的要求:A:單靠雙重化是不行的、雙重化是必要的，但是除此之外，比備如下幾個條件，雙重化電路的互相檢查，確認所有安全電路已經(jīng)斷開一次，必要時由作業(yè)者操作便可以啟動等條件。還有從另一個角度來說，輸入的開關(guān)接線短路或電線外皮破損而引起的接地的可能性時，必須預防因此而引起的機器突然啟動。在緊急停止解除時，機器不能出現(xiàn)突然再啟動、萬一機器安全電路發(fā)生故障時，可以停止機器動力電源、安全電路發(fā)生故障時，機器不能再啟動、像安全開關(guān)、光幕等確認安全的輸入，無法做到上述功能，那么，怎樣才能做到安全電路呢？時候雙重電路就可以了
